Prior to applying for any construction permit, all projects must be reviewed by Borough Zoning Officer John McGraw.

Cape May Point has a shared services contract with the City of Cape May for all Uniform Constructions Code services.  All construction permits are handled by Cape May Construction.  This link will take you to the Cape May Construction Office webpage.
